Communications Executive (MD Office)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Communications Executive to shape and amplify the public profile of our Managing Director. This multifaceted role blends public relations, content strategy, speechwriting, and event coordination, giving you direct influence over how a senior leader is perceived across media and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the MD’s public narrative, positioning them as a forward‑looking industry voice.
• Build and maintain media relationships to secure interviews, op‑eds, panels, and speaking engagements.
• Manage the MD’s digital presence, including strategy, content calendar, and publishing on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Draft speeches, talking points, and tailored messaging for diverse audiences.
• Monitor political, economic, and industry news to enable rapid, strategic responses.
• Plan and execute end‑to‑end communications for events, capturing and amplifying content before, during, and after.
• Serve as the single point of contact for all MD‑related communications across marketing, PR, and business teams.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of experience in communications, public relations, or media, preferably supporting senior leadership.
• Exceptional writing ability, from long‑form speeches to concise social media captions.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and digital trends.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to spot and act on opportunities independently.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple stakeholders and handling sensitive information discreetly.
