Community Management Executive

About the role

The Community Management Executive will lead the online presence of Miral Destinations across major social platforms. This role combines proactive community engagement, customer service, and data‑driven insights to strengthen brand loyalty and drive meaningful conversations.

Key responsibilities

• Foster and facilitate interactions on Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Respond to comments, messages and mentions promptly, adhering to the brand’s tone of voice and engagement rules.
• Identify and engage with niche online communities to expand brand reach.
• Monitor social media for brand mentions, sentiment and emerging trends.
• Provide front‑line customer support, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Analyze social metrics, generate actionable recommendations and support the Social Media Manager in strategy development.
• Maintain reporting systems for community engagement and customer service KPIs.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR or Communications is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer‑centric role, preferably in social media support.
• Excellent written English and/or Khaleej Arabic.
• Strong computer and typing proficiency with comfort in web‑based applications.
• Detail‑oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to manage shifting priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with Sprinklr or similar social media engagement platforms.
• In‑depth knowledge of major social media platforms and current trends.
