Complex Director of Revenue Management

About the role

The Complex Director of Revenue Management will lead revenue strategy for the Mina Seyahi Complex in Dubai, driving profitability through pricing, forecasting, inventory optimisation and demand management. This senior role partners with hotel leadership and commercial teams to maximise revenue performance across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute sales and pricing strategies for transient, group and catering segments.
• Monitor and adjust dynamic pricing for rooms and function spaces using brand revenue management tools.
• Prepare and lead strategic planning meetings, setting long‑range objectives and action plans.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to identify business opportunities and increase profitability.
• Manage room authorisations, rates, restrictions and budget preparation for all revenue streams.
• Provide market insights, demand expertise and ensure alignment of strategies with market conditions.
• Participate in quarterly regional reviews and uphold brand integrity.

Required profile

• A degree in a relevant business discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive experience in hotel revenue management, pricing strategy and forecasting.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with a track record of driving profit.
