Complex Property and Energy Claims Adjuster

About the role

AIG is seeking a Complex Property and Energy Claims Adjuster to join its UAE claims team. The role focuses on managing a portfolio of complex property and energy claims, ensuring alignment with global and regional claims strategies while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of the claims strategy across the GCC region, adhering to global and country‑specific objectives.
• Represent AIG’s interests with key customers and deliver the claims value proposition.
• Manage assigned claims from loss notification through final payment, including coverage determination, quantum analysis, fraud oversight, and recovery.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards, focusing on responsiveness, quality, and client prioritization.
• Meet KPIs set by the Head of Claims‑GCCNA and provide regular management information.
• Handle special corporate and multinational accounts as required.

Required profile

• Higher education qualification or diploma in insurance or a related field.
• In‑depth knowledge of insurance contracts and claims management processes.
• Strong analytical ability and experience with data analysis and portfolio management.
• Excellent negotiation and mediation skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to meet performance targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization.
• Familiarity with the Navins claims system.
