Concierge (Italian or Russian Speaker)

About the role

Bulgari Hotels & Resorts, developed in partnership with jeweller and luxury product designer Bulgari, is hiring a full-time concierge at its resort in Jumeirah Bay Island, Dubai. The position is non-management and involves handling guest requests, answering calls and messages, and keeping the club lounge running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services such as transportation, reservations and dry cleaning, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Gather and share information with guests about the property and local amenities, including special events and activities.
• Answer, record and process guest calls, messages, requests and concerns, contacting the right departments to resolve them.
• Monitor the club lounge for seating availability, service, safety and guest well-being.
• Report accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions to the manager and complete required safety training and certifications.
• Review shift logs and daily memo books and document information in logbooks.
• Welcome guests, assist people with disabilities and comply with quality assurance standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• No related work experience or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, sit or walk for long periods and to lift objects of up to 10 pounds.
