Concierge Team Lead / Supervisor

About the role

BenoBeno is seeking a motivated Concierge Team Lead to supervise its hotel‑based concierge desks, ensure premium guest experiences and drive sales of luxury services such as yacht charters, premium car rentals and desert safaris.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate a team of concierge agents to meet sales targets and uphold service standards.
• Manage daily desk operations, staffing, attendance and professional presentation.
• Deliver personalized recommendations, handle bookings, payments and guest requests accurately.
• Drive revenue by upselling yacht charters, luxury cars, water sports, tours and other premium activities.
• Monitor performance, produce sales reports and maintain strong relationships with hotel management and front‑office teams.
• Conduct desk inspections, review guest feedback and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience in concierge, luxury hospitality or related guest‑facing roles.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory or team‑lead position, preferably within a luxury hotel concierge desk.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of Dubai’s luxury hospitality, tourism and leisure market.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with booking or CRM systems.
