Construction Manager - High-Rise, Villa & Residential Projects

About the role

A leading contracting company is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee construction activities for its high-rise building, Riverton and villa projects in Dubai. The manager ensures projects are completed safely, within budget, on schedule and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all construction activities from start to completion
• Lead site teams, subcontractors and consultants
• Plan, coordinate and monitor project progress for timely delivery
• Review drawings, specifications and construction plans
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards, safety regulations and quality requirements
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants and clients
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment and resources; identify and resolve technical, operational and site issues
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings
• Manage subcontractor performance and project documentation
• Support cost control and minimise delays, wastage and variations

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction management
• Proven experience in high-rise, villa and residential projects
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices and regulations
• Experience with main contracting companies in Dubai preferred
