Construction Manager – High‑Rise Building

About the role

Our leading UAE construction firm is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of upcoming high‑rise building projects. The role involves full‑cycle management from design coordination to hand‑over, ensuring compliance with local regulations and on‑time, on‑budget execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling and execution of high‑rise projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and subcontractors.
• Oversee procurement, site works and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and authority approvals.
• Manage project budgets, progress reporting and risk mitigation.
• Supervise on‑site teams and enforce health & safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s a plus).
• Minimum 15 years of experience managing high‑rise construction.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale projects in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong leadership, communication and team‑management abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of local building regulations.
