Construction Manager – High‑Rise Residential Projects

About the role

The Construction Manager will lead all on‑site construction activities for Project C34 – The Bay Residence, a high‑rise residential development on Yas Island. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, enforce sequencing plans, and drive fast‑track execution to meet daily production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate structural works, blockwork, waterproofing, MEP coordination and finishing activities, ensuring strict compliance with approved drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Prepare detailed daily work plans and accurate 4‑week look‑ahead schedules, optimizing manpower and equipment deployment.
• Monitor subcontractor progress, enforce daily and weekly production targets, and resolve site constraints in collaboration with technical, BIM and procurement teams.
• Conduct daily inspections together with the internal QA/QC team and project consultant, and deliver progress reports to the Project Manager.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of hands‑on building construction experience, primarily on high‑rise residential projects.
• Proven track record of managing site execution, multiple active work fronts and fast‑track delivery.
• UAE construction site experience is mandatory; familiarity with Yas Island or Abu Dhabi projects is preferred.
