Construction Manager

About the role

BEYOND, the premium real‑estate brand of OMNIYAT GROUP, is seeking a Construction Manager to lead on‑site activities for its luxury developments. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the brand’s high‑quality standards while integrating lush green spaces and sustainable design.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and review subcontractor drawings for alignment with project specifications.
• Oversee daily on‑site construction, ensuring progress follows the approved schedule and design.
• Conduct regular site inspections, report progress to the Project Manager, and approve each construction stage before the next begins.
• Inspect material deliveries and factory outputs to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with procurement to confirm finishing items such as furniture and appliances match approved selections.
• Identify and communicate delays, issue delay notifications, and propose corrective actions.
• Arrange inspection meetings for mock‑ups and samples, and act as interior‑design consultant when needed.
• Manage construction snags during the Defects Liability Period and resolve owner‑reported issues via the CRM system.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience overseeing on‑site construction for high‑end residential or mixed‑use projects.
• Strong ability to review technical drawings and verify material compliance.
• Excellent coordination skills with subcontractors, procurement teams, and consultants.
• Familiarity with defect‑resolution processes and use of CRM tools for issue tracking.
• Knowledge of local construction regulations and commitment to quality standards.
