Construction Manager – Road and Infrastructure (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Al Marwan Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead road and infrastructure projects across the UAE. The role requires strong expertise in managing highways, road networks, bridges, earthworks, drainage and utility works while ensuring safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise construction activities for road and infrastructure projects.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors and construction resources.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to quality standards.
• Coordinate roadworks, earthworks, drainage, utilities and related civil works.
• Monitor project progress, resolve construction‑related issues and report to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities and internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 7–10 years of civil/infrastructure construction experience.
• Minimum 3 years as a Construction Manager on road and infrastructure projects.
• UAE experience with Tier‑1 or major infrastructure contractors (preferred).
• Valid UAE driving licence (preferred).
