Construction Project Manager – Towers & Buildings

About the role

INFYA Spaces is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead the delivery of tower and building projects as a Construction Project Manager. You will act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring seamless communication, timely progress, and high‑quality outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Track and manage multiple construction projects from a portfolio perspective.
• Coordinate timelines, resources, and site teams to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
• Attend all client progress meetings and serve as the main point of contact during construction.
• Provide clear, structured progress reports to clients and senior management.
• Escalate and resolve site‑level issues that could impact schedule or client commitments.
• Monitor quality and safety compliance at a management level.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and regular status updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 7–10 years of project management experience in tower or building construction.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships throughout delivery.
• Strong leadership and cross‑team coordination skills.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Project and related project‑management tools.
