Consultant Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician – Dubai

About the role

A well‑established multispecialty hospital in Dubai is seeking a qualified Consultant / Specialist Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician to join its multidisciplinary clinical team, providing comprehensive women’s reproductive health care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide obstetric care across antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal phases, including management of normal and high‑risk pregnancies.
• Perform vaginal deliveries, caesarean sections and minimally invasive gynecologic surgeries such as laparoscopic procedures.
• Diagnose and treat gynecological conditions, conduct cervical cancer screening, family planning and menopause management.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, radiologists, anesthesiologists and other specialists to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, participate in audits, quality improvement programs and comply with UAE healthcare regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3+ years post‑specialist or board certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Recognised specialist qualification (e.g., American Board, MRCOG, Arab Board, etc.) and eligibility for DOH/DHA/MOH licensing.
• Experience in outpatient consultations, inpatient obstetric care and gynecologic procedures.

Required skills

• Minimally invasive and laparoscopic surgical techniques.
• Electronic medical record documentation.
• Risk assessment and management of high‑risk pregnancies.
