Consultant Oncologist – Western Board – Leading Healthcare Facility

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Consultant Medical Oncologist to join a reputable private healthcare group in the UAE. The role involves delivering comprehensive, evidence‑based oncology care to patients with a wide spectrum of malignant diseases.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert diagnosis, treatment planning and management of cancer patients across all stages.
• Prescribe and oversee systemic anti‑cancer therapies including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted and hormonal treatments.
• Monitor treatment response, toxicity and patient outcomes, adjusting plans as needed.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care with surgeons, radiation oncologists, radiologists, pathologists and specialist nurses.
• Participate in tumour board meetings, clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
• Offer cancer screening, prevention, survivorship and palliative care services.

Required profile

• Western Board certification in Medical Oncology.
• Significant clinical experience in a recognized hospital or cancer centre.
• UAE medical licence (or eligibility for sponsorship).
• Strong communication skills for patient and family counseling.
