About the role

A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in the United Arab Emirates is expanding its pediatric rehabilitation services. The organization seeks an experienced Consultant in Pediatric Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation to join a multidisciplinary team delivering high‑quality care to children and adolescents with complex rehabilitation needs.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and manage children with developmental, neurological, congenital, and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop comprehensive, patient‑centred rehabilitation plans aimed at improving mobility, independence, and quality of life.
• Conduct functional assessments and coordinate physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, assistive‑technology, and mobility‑support interventions.
• Collaborate with pediatricians, neurologists, orthopaedic surgeons, psychologists, nurses and other allied health professionals.
• Provide counselling and guidance to families regarding rehabilitation goals and progress.

Required profile

• Internationally trained specialist in pediatric physical medicine and rehabilitation.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex pediatric rehabilitation cases.
• Commitment to multidisciplinary teamwork and adherence to international healthcare standards.
