About the role
We are seeking a compassionate Consultant Physician specialized in Urology to deliver primary and specialized care to patients with injuries, illnesses, and urological conditions at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City.
Key responsibilities
- Examine patients, take medical histories, diagnose and treat injuries, illnesses, and urological disorders.
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests, explain results, and develop treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications or therapies and counsel patients on lifestyle, diet, and preventative health.
- Collaborate with other physicians, refer to specialists when needed, and work closely with nurses and healthcare staff.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with medical laws and regulations.
Required profile
- Medical degree with completed residency and internship.
- Valid state license and certification to practice medicine.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Detail‑oriented, patient‑focused, and compassionate with a commitment to continuous learning.
