Consultant/Senior Consultant – Technical Audit for Capital Projects

About the role

The role involves executing technical audits and project assurance assignments for capital projects and real‑estate developments, ensuring compliance with design, quality, cost, schedule and contractual requirements. The consultant will provide independent assurance to senior management on project performance and controls.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical audits of civil and structural construction works on‑site, verifying compliance with codes, standards, specifications and approved drawings.
• Identify non‑conformances, technical gaps and construction risks, and prepare detailed audit reports with observations, risk ratings and recommendations.
• Assess quality of workmanship for concrete, steel, foundations, earthworks and finishing works, and review construction methodologies, sequencing and material testing records.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, consultants and QA/QC departments, supporting internal, external and regulatory audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Construction) or Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience in capital‑projects advisory, preferably with a Big 4 firm, focusing on project controls and technical audits.
• Arabic/Bilingual proficiency preferred.
