About the role
TalentOne is looking for a customer-focused Contact Center Agent fluent in Arabic and English to deliver service across voice and digital channels in Al Ain, UAE. The position is full-time.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Book, amend and cancel appointments and follow up on them.
- Provide service information, resolve inquiries and escalate issues.
- Maintain CRM records and protect confidentiality.
- Meet quality, attendance, productivity, handling time and customer satisfaction targets.
Required profile
- Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English is mandatory.
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least one year of customer service or contact center experience preferred.
- Healthcare or hospitality experience preferred; multichannel support experience advantageous.
- Ability to manage situations professionally and work under pressure.
Required skills
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Typing and computer skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
