Content and Social Strategy Executive

About the role

Dyson is looking for a Content & Social Strategy Executive to lead social media strategy and content across the MEA region, including Saudi Arabia, the UAE and South Africa. You will own the performance of key social channels, blend creativity with data‑driven execution, and help grow engagement, influence and commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional social strategy that aligns global direction with local relevance.
• Lead Dyson Arabia and South Africa Instagram and TikTok accounts, driving follower growth and engagement.
• Plan and maintain monthly and annual content calendars for owned channels.
• Analyse performance data, track KPIs and optimise content based on insights.
• Create and curate text, image and video assets for social platforms.
• Design, launch and monitor influencer campaigns from selection to performance reporting.
• Collaborate with Media, PR, Category and Retail teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Support paid‑social initiatives together with the Performance Media team.
• Engage audiences directly through live event coverage and community management.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital or social marketing, either in‑house or agency.
• Proactive, self‑sufficient and comfortable working in fast‑paced, multi‑market environments.
• Strong creative instincts combined with analytical rigour.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
