Content & Creative Specialist (Arabic & English)

About the role

We are seeking a creative, digitally‑savvy Content & Creative Specialist to join Dr. Scent’s marketing team. The role will focus on producing Arabic and English content for social media, e‑commerce, retail campaigns and regional partner initiatives, ensuring relevance to GCC audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging Arabic and English copy for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, website, WhatsApp, e‑commerce and partner channels, including captions, product descriptions and reel scripts.
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with product launches, seasonal events and promotional campaigns.
• Write creative briefs for designers, photographers, videographers and influencers, and support concept development for Eid, Ramadan, summer and B2B campaigns.
• Capture mobile‑first video and photo assets for reels, stories and product highlights, coordinating with designers and video editors.
• Maintain brand consistency by reviewing all content against brand guidelines and managing a library of captions, visuals and campaign concepts.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in content creation, creative marketing or digital/social media marketing.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, with strong Arabic copywriting skills for GCC audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt content to local culture, language nuances and buying preferences.
• Experience in beauty, fragrance, fashion or related consumer sectors is a plus.
