Content Creator & Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a creative Content Creator & Marketing Executive to join our beauty salon in Alain, Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on producing engaging visual and written content, managing our social media presence and driving brand awareness within the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a monthly content calendar covering salon services, promotions and trends.
• Capture high‑quality photos and videos of services, staff and client transformations (with consent).
• Write captions, blog posts and service descriptions that educate and promote.
• Create short‑form video content for Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Design promotional materials using Canva or Adobe tools.
• Manage Instagram, Snapchat and TikTok accounts, schedule posts and engage with followers.
• Run giveaways, polls and interactive challenges to boost engagement.
• Promote seasonal campaigns, loyalty programs and collaborate with local influencers.
• Maintain salon listings on Google Business, Yelp and other directories.
• Track social media insights and booking data, report results monthly and adjust strategy.
• Ensure consistent brand tone, visual style and messaging across all channels.

Required profile

• Emirati nationality.
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Background in beauty, fashion, hospitality or lifestyle is highly preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating growth in engagement and brand awareness.
• Ability to work on‑site six days a week (Saturday off).
