Content Creator & Social Media Executive (Entry Level)

About the role

A marketing team in Ras Al Khaimah is looking for a creative, energetic and camera-confident Content Creator & Social Media Executive. The role covers planning content, shooting short-form video and photography, and managing the brand's social media presence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage monthly content calendars for Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms.
• Shoot high-quality short-form videos, Reels and photography on site.
• Appear on camera for property tours, promotional videos and trending content.
• Create captions, hooks, hashtags and posting schedules.
• Manage comments, direct messages and customer enquiries.
• Coordinate with video editors and graphic designers.
• Monitor social media performance, engagement, audience growth and enquiries, and prepare monthly performance reports with recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
• Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, lifestyle or related industries is preferred.
• Strong mobile videography, photography and basic video-editing skills (CapCut or similar).
• Comfortable appearing on camera.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
• UAE driving licence preferred; a relevant degree or diploma is an advantage, but a strong portfolio is more important.
• Applications without a content portfolio may not be considered.
