Content Creator & Street Interview Producer (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Content Creator and Street Interview Producer based in Dubai to help build a next‑generation social media brand that captures the authentic pulse of the city. You will film, edit and publish short‑form video interviews that showcase real conversations with entrepreneurs, creatives, locals and tourists across Dubai’s most vibrant locations.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to streets, rooftops, cafés, beach clubs, malls, nightlife venues and other hidden spots to conduct on‑the‑spot interviews.
• Film high‑quality short‑form video content that aligns with TikTok and Instagram Reels formats.
• Edit footage into engaging, fast‑paced videos with strong hooks, pacing and retention.
• Deliver a steady stream of content that reflects Dubai’s culture, trends and lifestyle.
• Collaborate with the brand team to ensure content meets the premium yet authentic tone.

Required profile

• Currently residing in Dubai with a deep understanding of the city’s culture and social scene.
• Comfortable approaching strangers and conducting spontaneous interviews.
• Experience creating social‑first storytelling that captures real human interactions.
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines and produce consistent output.
