Content Creator & Street Interview Producer – Dubai

About the role

We are hiring a full‑time content creator based in Dubai to produce and film social‑first interview content across the city. The role is long‑term, with a fixed monthly payment and growth opportunities as the platform scales, offering direct involvement in building one of Dubai’s next major social media brands.

Key responsibilities

• Film short‑form street interviews and lifestyle pieces in diverse Dubai locations (streets, rooftops, cafés, beach clubs, events, luxury spaces, malls, nightlife venues).
• Capture authentic conversations with founders, creatives, influencers, entrepreneurs, tastemakers, tourists and locals.
• Edit engaging TikTok/Instagram Reels‑style videos, applying hooks, pacing and retention techniques.
• Produce consistent, premium‑looking content that reflects Dubai’s real culture.

Required profile

• Currently residing in Dubai with deep knowledge of the city’s culture and social scene.
• Comfortable approaching strangers and conducting on‑the‑spot interviews.
• Understanding of social‑media pacing, attention retention and short‑form storytelling.

Required skills

• Professional experience filming and editing video content.
• Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Ability to create TikTok/Instagram Reels‑style edits.
