Content & Marketing Executive (Arabic)

About the role

The Content & Marketing Executive (Arabic) will create and execute customer‑facing communications for the Shukran loyalty program across CRM, digital, social, in‑store and partnership channels. You will translate campaign objectives into clear, engaging, on‑brand copy that connects with customers and drives business results.

Key responsibilities

• Write and optimise copy for email, push, SMS, app, social media, digital and in‑store communications in both English and Arabic.
• Support day‑to‑day execution of marketing campaigns, maintain content calendars, trackers and communication plans.
• Develop CRM content across the customer lifecycle, including welcome, engagement, tier, retention and re‑activation messages.
• Collaborate with Content & Creative, Loyalty Strategy, Digital Marketing, Partnerships and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Proofread, quality‑check and A/B test messaging, applying insights to continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Media or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, digital marketing or CRM.
• Professional fluency in English and Arabic with a strong portfolio of written work.
• Experience in retail, e‑commerce, loyalty programmes or FMCG is a plus.

Required skills

• Excellent English copywriting and editing skills with strong Arabic language capabilities.
• Good understanding of digital and CRM channels (email, push, SMS, app, social media).
• Familiarity with CRM, email‑marketing and content‑management platforms.
• Experience with social‑media publishing and scheduling tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
