About the role
MoonTech is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own performance and influencer marketing accounts, drive ROAS and growth, and translate client needs into actionable product improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Own performance & influencer marketing accounts (ROAS‑driven) and lead optimization, retention, growth planning, and upselling.
- Build strong, strategic client relationships and collaborate closely with Product to translate client requirements into actionable inputs.
- Coordinate cross‑functionally with BI, Ops, Finance, Influencer, and Product teams.
- Identify workflow gaps and proactively improve processes.
Required profile
- 5–7 years total experience, with 3+ years in Account Management or Customer Success.
- Experience managing performance‑based accounts (e‑commerce, SaaS, marketplace, etc.) and exposure to SaaS/product environments.
- High ownership, accountability, and ability to operate with minimal supervision.
Required skills
- Strong analytical skills and data literacy.
- Experience with performance marketing and influencer marketing concepts.
