Continuous Improvement Manager

About the role

The Continuous Improvement Manager leads the delivery of improvement initiatives across Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. The role drives the four support pillars—Projects, Awareness Initiatives, Training, and Coaching—to embed a sustainable continuous improvement culture throughout clinical and operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) projects using the CCAD Improvement Model to enhance clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, cost reduction, and patient satisfaction.
• Monitor CI projects through internal governance controls, managing impact, objectives, dependencies, and risks.
• Develop detailed process maps and conduct evaluations for complex processes, breaking them into sub‑processes and tasks.
• Apply statistical tools to support problem solving across process measures, financial metrics, scheduling, resource utilization, quality, and patient satisfaction.
• Create and maintain metrics dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate CI workshops and training sessions to raise awareness, educate caregivers, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with all levels of caregivers, from leadership to front‑line staff, to ensure successful project delivery and continuous learning.

Required profile

• Strong judgment with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven administrative and organizational abilities to balance multiple CI projects.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a healthcare environment.
• Ability to conduct post‑project analyses and implement lessons learned.
