Executive Director, Transformation Operations

About the role

The Executive Director, Transformation Operations will lead the execution and operationalisation of strategic transformation initiatives across Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures alignment with organisational priorities, patient‑journey transformation goals and sustainable growth strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Translate enterprise transformation priorities into operational plans, measurable outcomes and sustainable improvements across Facilitated Access, Premier Services and International Services.
• Lead the design and implementation of patient‑journey transformation initiatives to enhance access, care coordination, service excellence and operational performance.
• Provide strategic and operational oversight for Premier Services, VIP and Royal Protocol Services, Executive Health, Concierge Medicine, Corporate Health, International Patient Services and Off‑site Services, ensuring seamless integration across inpatient, ambulatory and off‑site settings.
• Standardise operational processes, service delivery models and excellence frameworks to improve efficiency and patient outcomes.
• Develop and execute growth and business‑development strategies for facilitated‑access programmes, partnering with Strategic Alliances, Physician Business Development, Institute and Department leadership, Marketing, Communications and Finance.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that contribute to organisational growth and service expansion.

Required profile

• Extensive senior‑level experience leading strategic transformation initiatives within a healthcare environment.
• Proven track record of operational leadership across multiple service lines such as Premier, VIP, Executive Health and International Services.
• Strong collaboration skills with clinical and administrative leaders to design innovative care models.
• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable outcomes and align programmes with organisational growth objectives.
