Contract Administrator - Offshore Operations

About the role

Hilti Emirates is looking for a motivated Contract Administrator to join its Offshore Operations team in Dubai. The role supports complex construction bids and ensures professional, timely and compliant handling of sales and internal support functions, giving exposure to large-scale projects in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) process for large projects and offshore customers
• Prepare and coordinate project bids and quotations
• Manage bid and proposal documentation throughout the bid lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and Hilti standards
• Coordinate with engineering, sales and backend teams
• Support post-bid clarifications and revisions
• Contribute to continuous improvement of contract administration processes
• Process purchase orders and order entries, coordinate with factories and customers for the post-order process and shipment tracking to meet delivery deadlines

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills in English
