About the role

Join the Hotels team at Conrad Dubai and support the hiring journey, ensuring candidates feel welcomed from the first conversation to their first day. You will work alongside the Human Resources team to attract and onboard talent that delivers exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain vacancy and manning records, track hiring needs and prepare information for department heads.
• Post vacancies, review applications and identify suitable candidates.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial calls, schedule interviews and coordinate assessments.
• Provide timely candidate updates, answer queries and ensure a professional experience.
• Coordinate reference checks, documentation and onboarding preparation.
• Update ATS, vacancy trackers and recruitment reports.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, agencies and job boards.
• Assist with employer branding content and HR initiatives such as career fairs and training events.

Required profile

• Genuine interest in people and hospitality.
• Strong organisational skills and professional communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Willingness to learn Hilton’s recruitment processes and systems.
