Contracts Analyst – Temporary Assignment

About the role
The Contracts Analyst will work under the supervision of the Contract Controller to prepare, renew and manage contracts for end‑users, ensuring compliance with company policies and protecting corporate interests. This temporary assignment involves close interaction with suppliers, technical coordinators and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and revise contracts in line with company policy and purchasing procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, initiate corrective actions and resolve disputes.
- Lead vendor counselling meetings, document minutes and follow up on actions.
- Respond to technical queries from suppliers and analyse technical data together with end‑users.
- Participate in the review and development of procurement procedures and automation initiatives.
- Support on‑the‑job training for new team members.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business Administration or relevant Engineering.
- 5–7 years of procurement experience in the oil/gas or petrochemical industry.
- Professional certification in contract negotiations and management.
- Strong knowledge of internal processes, standards, policies and procedures.
Required skills
- Proficiency with standard computer software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
