Contracts Manager

About the role

We are looking for a senior Contracts Manager to lead contract management for large‑scale EPC oil & gas projects. The role involves strategic oversight of the full contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance and protecting the company’s commercial interests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end contract management process for EPC oil & gas projects.
• Review, negotiate and administer contracts with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor compliance with contractual obligations, legal standards and internal policies.
• Identify, assess and mitigate contractual risks, claims and disputes.
• Manage variations, prepare claims and oversee contract close‑out activities.
• Provide contractual guidance to project teams and senior management.
• Interface with clients (including ADNOC entities), consultants and other stakeholders.
• Support tendering activities, including contract strategy and risk assessment.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of experience in contracts/commercial roles on oil & gas EPC projects.
• At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as MRICS or PMP are advantageous.
• Prior experience with ADNOC projects or standards is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong negotiation, analytical and dispute‑resolution capabilities.
• Deep understanding of commercial, legal and risk‑management principles.
• Expertise in EPC contract structures (lump‑sum, reimbursable, FIDIC‑based).
