About the role

The Contracts Specialist will provide contractual and commercial support throughout the lifecycle of ADNOC Upstream Onshore projects, covering FEED, detailed engineering and EPC phases.

Key responsibilities

  • Administer contracts and manage commercial risk for large‑scale oil & gas projects.
  • Support tendering, bid evaluation, change management, claims evaluation and dispute resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with ADNOC contractual, procurement and administration requirements.

Required profile

  • Minimum 15 years of contract administration and commercial management experience in oil & gas.
  • At least 5 years of direct ADNOC experience or demonstrable familiarity with ADNOC contracting practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s preferred) and professional engineering certification preferred.

Required skills

  • Strong hands‑on experience with SAP MM.
  • Expertise in contract risk management, claims settlement and dispute resolution.
  • Knowledge of EPC, EPCM and DBO contracting strategies and large‑scale upstream facilities.
