Conveyancer / Transaction Coordinator

About the role

CBA Real Estate is seeking an experienced Sales Progression & Contracts Officer to manage Dubai real estate transactions from agreement to successful transfer. This role focuses on Dubai property contracts, DLD procedures and transaction progression rather than general administration.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage Forms A, B and F, MOUs, addendums and other transaction documents.
• Coordinate buyers, sellers, agents, developers and banks, and manage NOCs and transfer requirements.
• Track transaction deadlines, outstanding documents and coordinate trustee office and DLD transfers.
• Maintain accurate CRM and transaction records, keeping agents and clients updated throughout the deal.
• Ensure each transaction is fully prepared for a successful property transfer.

Required profile

• Previous Dubai real‑estate experience preferred.
• Experience with sales progression, conveyancing or contracts.
• Good knowledge of DLD/RERA procedures and strong understanding of Form F and property transfers.
• Excellent English communication, highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously with strong follow‑up and problem‑solving skills.
