Corporate Banking Relationship Manager (Russian-speaking Markets)

About the role

CGP Group is looking for a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager to develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, especially those from Russian-speaking and CIS markets. The role is based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi and suits candidates who already have a strong network of UAE-based corporate clients and experience serving international businesses, trading companies, family offices, investment firms or multinationals in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new business and grow deposit balances
• Promote banking products
• Serve as a trusted advisor to corporate customers in the UAE

Required profile

• 2-8 years of experience in corporate banking, relationship management, business development, transaction banking, trade finance or client portfolio management
• Proven ability to generate deposits and acquire new corporate relationships
• Existing portfolio of UAE-based corporate clients is mandatory
• Fluent English; Russian is highly preferred, and other CIS languages are an advantage
• Preferred background: international banks, local UAE banks, corporate banking or transaction banking teams, trade finance departments, wealth/private banking professionals covering corporate clients, or business development professionals in financial institutions
• Experience serving Russian, Uzbek or Kazakhstan clients, CIS businesses, international trading companies and family offices and investment groups
