Corporate Communications Specialist

About the role

The Corporate Communications Specialist will shape and deliver clear, consistent messaging about Innovative Pet Lab's mission, products, and initiatives. This part‑time, remote position supports both internal and external communication needs.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and distribute press releases and coordinate announcements across digital and traditional channels.
• Develop internal and external communications, including company updates and stakeholder emails.
• Manage media relations, build journalist relationships, and respond to media inquiries.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure messaging accuracy and brand cohesion.

Required profile

• Strong foundational communication skills with clear writing and audience‑focused messaging.
• Experience in internal & external communications and strategic communications initiatives.
• Proficiency in creating effective press releases and coordinating their distribution.
• Excellent written and verbal English (en_US) with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work remotely, manage multiple projects independently, and meet deadlines.
