About the role

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Lawyer to provide legal support for corporate transactions, due diligence, structuring and ongoing advisory matters across the United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and restructuring transactions.
Review and draft corporate documents, commercial contracts, licenses, permits and regulatory filings.
Advise clients on UAE corporate and commercial laws, including mainland and free‑zone regulations.
Support company incorporations, restructuring, liquidation and governance matters.
Assist with transaction execution, closing documentation and post‑transaction integration.
Liaise with regulatory authorities, free‑zone bodies, clients and external counsel.
