Corporate M&A & Capital Markets Associate (4+ PQE) – Tax‑Free Package

About the role

This position is within a leading Middle‑East law firm’s Corporate practice. The associate will work on a broad range of corporate transactions, advising both domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, capital‑market transactions, IPOs, rights issues and restructurings.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate M&A, private equity and capital‑market transactions.
• Draft, review and negotiate transaction documents, including purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements and prospectuses.
• Conduct due‑diligence investigations and coordinate with finance, tax and regulatory teams.
• Assist clients throughout IPO processes, rights issues and restructuring projects.
• Liaise with local regulators and international counsel to ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Commonwealth‑qualified lawyer (preferably UK qualified).
• Minimum of 4 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in corporate M&A or capital markets.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage complex, cross‑border transactions.
• Excellent English communication skills; ability to work in the UAE environment.
