Corporate Mid‑Senior Associate – M&A, Private Equity, VC (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a corporate mid‑senior associate to join a leading global law firm’s Middle East corporate team in Dubai. The successful candidate will lead M&A transactions from start to finish and work on private equity and venture capital deals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead corporate M&A transactions, overseeing all phases from origination to completion.
• Manage private equity and venture capital transactions, including due diligence and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth deal execution.
• Provide legal advice on corporate structures and financing arrangements.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor (UK, US or Australia) with 3–9 years post‑qualification experience.
• Experience in corporate M&A, private equity and venture capital, preferably within a Legal 500‑ranked firm.
• Familiarity with the Middle East market; Arabic language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
• Proven ability to run deals independently and manage stakeholders.
