Corporate Recruitment Manager

About the role

The Corporate Recruitment Manager will lead the development and execution of recruitment strategies for all corporate functions across GEMS Education’s MENASA business units. Reporting to senior HR leadership, you will ensure the attraction and retention of top talent in line with the organization’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and standardize recruitment policies, procedures and salary benchmarking across the region.
• Develop and implement recruitment plans, sourcing strategies and talent pipelines to meet business needs.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate assessment, interview coordination and offer management.
• Identify new talent markets, champion diversity hiring and conduct competency‑based interviews and assessment centres.
• Provide expert advice and partnership to corporate department heads, acting as a recruitment champion and aligning initiatives with GEMS’ mission.
• Continuously improve and centralize recruitment processes, reviewing and updating SOPs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment agencies, executive search or in‑house talent acquisition.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Innovative, forward‑thinking and able to operate both globally and locally.
