Corporate Sales Specialist

About the role

INLEX Corporate Service Provider is looking for a Corporate Sales Specialist to join its corporate consulting team in Dubai, which specialises in company formation and ongoing corporate support in the UAE. The role is full time, morning shift, and involves advising clients on corporate services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage company registration with free zone authorities and the Department of Economy
• Coordinate amendments to company incorporation documents
• Advise clients on residence visa applications, renewals and cancellations
• Coordinate the legalisation of personal and corporate documents
• Communicate with clients throughout the delivery of corporate services
• Liaise with regulatory authorities to clarify requirements and procedures
• Prepare and complete corporate documents and applications
• Coordinate with the Logistics and PRO departments and monitor assigned tasks

Required profile

• Aged 25-35
• At least one year of experience in corporate consulting
• Fluency in Russian and English; Ukrainian is an advantage
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Strong document preparation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly
