Corporate Trainer – Multiple Disciplines (Dubai & Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Arabic) Corporate Trainer to deliver high‑impact soft‑skill courses across a range of disciplines for clients in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The trainer will inspire participants, translate complex concepts into practical actions, and help organisations elevate performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, customise and deliver instructor‑led and virtual training programmes in areas such as Management, Leadership, Sales, Marketing, HR, Customer Service, Administrative Skills, Personal Development, Business Writing and Finance.
• Facilitate engaging classroom and online sessions using Microsoft Teams, Zoom or similar platforms.
• Assess learner needs, evaluate training effectiveness and provide post‑training support.
• Maintain up‑to‑date training materials and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to schedule sessions and manage client expectations.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree (fully attested) in a related field.
• Minimum of 1 month of professional training experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset, strong organisational abilities and high integrity.
• Valid UAE driving licence and personal vehicle.
