Corporate Travel Consultant

About the role

Tourism 365 is looking for a motivated Corporate Travel Consultant to join its team in Abu Dhabi. You will help corporate clients plan and book seamless travel experiences, providing personalized solutions from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client travel needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Arrange and confirm flights, hotels, transfers, travel insurance and other services.
• Prepare customized itineraries and accurate quotations.
• Process reservations, ticketing, re‑issuances, cancellations and refunds.
• Advise customers on destinations, visa requirements, travel regulations and fare conditions.
• Provide prompt support before, during and after travel.
• Maintain accurate booking records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to sales and service targets.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar reservations and ticketing role.
• Hands‑on experience with a Global Distribution System such as Amadeus or Sabre.
• Strong knowledge of airline reservations, fares, ticketing and travel documentation.
• Excellent customer service, sales and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
