Creative Designer — Generative AI

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative, AI‑native Designer who blends strong visual design fundamentals with hands‑on experience using Generative AI tools. This role goes beyond traditional graphic design, requiring rapid movement from concept to high‑quality visual execution across branding, campaigns, digital experiences, presentations, video, motion, and social content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling creative concepts, visual identities, campaigns, and digital experiences.
• Use Generative AI extensively for image generation, video, animation, ideation, storyboarding, design exploration, and production.
• Translate briefs and strategic ideas into strong visual narratives and creative directions.
• Create high‑quality assets for brand communications, digital/social campaigns, websites, presentations, events, and short‑form video content.
• Develop sophisticated prompts and workflows to achieve consistent, production‑quality AI‑generated outputs.
• Combine AI‑generated assets with traditional design techniques to produce polished final work.
• Experiment continuously with emerging AI creative technologies and integrate new capabilities into the team’s workflow.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, marketing, technology, and production teams from concept through final delivery while maintaining brand consistency and visual quality.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design, creative thinking, and AI‑assisted work.
• Deep understanding of composition, typography, branding, color, visual hierarchy, and storytelling.
• Advanced prompt‑engineering skills for creative production.
• Ability to maintain character, product, environment, and visual‑style consistency across AI‑generated assets.
• Capacity to move rapidly from idea to prototype, refinement, and production.
• Attention to detail to discern when AI‑generated work is impressive yet commercially unusable.
• Comfort experimenting with new tools and adapting as the Generative AI landscape evolves.

Required skills

• Generative AI tools: Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT/GPT image generation, Google Gemini, Flux, Stable Diffusion/ComfyUI.
• AI video & motion platforms: Runway, Kling, Veo, Higgsfield, Luma, Sora.
• Professional creative tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma.
