Creative Producer (Female-Oriented Product)

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Producer to lead the creative direction of a female‑oriented digital product. Based in the United Arab Emirates, you will shape and test creative concepts that drive user acquisition and engagement for globally scaled online connections.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise creative strategies that support user acquisition and retention.
• Own the end‑to‑end creative testing framework, from hypothesis creation to performance analysis and optimisation.
• Generate creative concepts and briefs based on performance insights, competitor research and industry trends.
• Coordinate with designers and AI‑powered content production workflows to produce high‑performing assets.
• Partner with user acquisition teams to launch tests and evaluate results across metrics such as hook rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS and cohort retention.
• Maintain a knowledge base of successful themes, messaging angles and performance drivers.
• Provide regular reporting and data‑driven recommendations to improve the creative portfolio.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing or similar roles, preferably in high‑volume environments such as e‑commerce, gaming or dating.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑driven video and image generation tools.
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with large datasets, dashboards and spreadsheets.
• Excellent creative briefing skills, capable of defining hypotheses, references and clear production requirements.

• AI video and image generation platforms (e.g., Seedance, Runway, Veo, Kling, Midjourney, HeyGen).
• Data analysis tools and spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel).
• Performance marketing metrics analysis (CTR, CPA, ROAS, IPM, etc.).
