Critical Care / ER / ICU Nurse – Island Assignment

About the role

We are seeking experienced Medical Nurses to provide high‑quality care in a remote island healthcare facility. The role focuses on critical‑care, emergency‑room and ICU patients, including medical evacuation support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional nursing care to patients in emergency and critical‑care settings.
• Assess, stabilize and monitor patients in the ER, ICU and other critical areas.
• Assist physicians during emergency procedures and follow established protocols.
• Coordinate and prepare patients for medical evacuation when required.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments and maintain accurate patient records.
• Support vaccination programs and ensure proper documentation.
• Uphold infection‑control and patient‑safety standards.

Required profile

• Valid DHA/MOH nursing license and home‑country nursing license.
• Strong clinical experience in Critical Care, ER, ICU and/or Medical Evacuation.
• Currently residing in Dubai/UAE and available to work on the island.
• Willingness to live on‑site for the duration of the assignment.
