CRM and AI Engineer

About the role

The CRM and AI Engineer will support the organisation by developing, testing, installing, configuring and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, networking and AI implementation tools. The role also involves creating documentation, diagrams and detailed instructions to enable staff to maximise the use of new ICT technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Microsoft Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central and related add‑on products, including installation, configuration, upgrades and support.
• Work closely with business units to capture user requirements, produce functional specifications and create project documentation such as plans, statements of work and change orders.
• Provide onsite and remote consulting, training and support for Dynamics NAV/D365 BC users.
• Design and install computer hardware configurations, software and networking systems, and ensure high‑level security solutions are up to date.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues, respond to general IT requests and file monthly reports for the IT manager.
• Maintain and improve e‑commerce sites, ensuring visual appeal, navigation ease and accurate content, while performing quality‑assurance tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central, including at least three full‑lifecycle implementations.
• Proven ability to lead projects, conduct work‑scoping and estimation, and interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C‑level.
• Fluent English communication skills and strong customer relationship abilities.
• Engineering degree in Computer Science, ICT or a related field (required).
