Curriculum Developer – Aviation Maintenance

About the role

The Aviation Maintenance Curriculum Developer designs and updates instructional programs for aviation‑related topics. The role involves using technical documentation, feedback, and official evaluations to ensure course materials remain current and effective.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop aviation maintenance training curricula and courseware using technical documentation, SME and management input.
• Utilise computer‑based applications and procedural systems to ensure courseware complies with SAT standards.
• Conduct needs analysis, write learning objectives, establish training content, develop instructional materials and teaching syllabi.
• Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts to integrate performance metrics and ensure accuracy of course material.
• Review and analyse course evaluations to assess training effectiveness and implement revisions as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Aircraft Engineering or a related aviation discipline.
• Certified Course Developer qualification such as SAT or ICAO TRAINAIR PLUS.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in courseware development for aviation maintenance.
