Customer Experience Agent – Public Venue

About the role
Serco is seeking a Customer Experience Agent to deliver world‑class service to visitors of a large public venue in the UAE. You will work as part of a diverse team, interacting directly with thousands of customers daily.
Key responsibilities
- Provide face‑to‑face assistance, information on products and services, and wayfinding support.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with Police, GDRFA and other service partners to ensure smooth processing of customers.
- Support terminal operations by reporting hazards, adhering to policies, and helping maintain a safe environment.
- Prepare reports, briefings and complete administrative tasks accurately.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year experience in frontline customer service (retail, F&B, hospitality, etc.).
- Strong conflict‑resolution skills and ability to handle customer interactions.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online applications.
