Customer Risk Manager

About the role

The Customer Risk Manager will lead risk mitigation and escalation strategies for Salesforce customers across the UAE and the wider Middle East. You will act as a strategic orchestrator in high‑visibility scenarios, aligning cross‑functional teams and providing executive‑level visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end resolution of complex customer issues by coordinating engineering, product, sales and leadership teams.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to internal leaders and customer executives, delivering data‑driven recommendations.
• Prioritise resources based on business impact, create clear action plans and accelerate resolution timelines.
• Provide structured status updates in English and, where appropriate, in Arabic.
• Analyse incident trends to identify gaps and improve Salesforce processes and products.

Required profile

• Experience in customer escalation management, account management, technical consulting or enterprise project delivery.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑stakeholder challenges with structured problem‑solving and sound judgment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce platform, reports and dashboards.
• Experience using collaboration tools such as Slack.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven analytics or automated reporting tools.
